Ndubuisi Theophilus is a Gospel preacher and a passionate counsellor, with a unique missionary mandate that span across Africa and beyond. He is a Medical Sociologist, a certified Marriage & Family Counsellor, a trained Psychotherapist and as well as Addiction Rehabilitation Counsellor. He has been on the frontline of promoting community sex education, especially among higher institutions and secondary schools. He passionately seeks to create a transformative impact that promotes healthier relationships, reduces the prevalence of sexual infections, and supports those on the journey to recovery from addictions. He currently lectures at the Adullam Theological Seminary RCN (Makurdi). And of course, he is also the director of ICSEAR Global Academy.  His passionate quest for knowledge has taken him through the prestigious walls of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Daystar Leadership Academy Lagos, and The Institute for Marriage and Family Affairs USA.
